There's a small list of flowers capable of flourishing in Snezhnaya, and more specifically Morepesok, since the cold is even more bitter there, but... I've seen these before...
A short thrill warms his heart as he watches Childe's face shift to a variety of expression, most may not be quite versed in what they mean. But his smile is infectious, so Zhongli can't help by smile warmly back as they continue toward the elevator. ]

[ Zhongli is of course completely oblivious to Childe's inner emotional mess. He's just rather pleased with himself that he was able to get Childe to smile and it shows. ]

[ once at the bottom he sets zhongli down and changes back, finally able to answer him. ] I did. I found I missed the harsh biting cold of Snezhnaya, but perhaps more importantly I wanted to be able to ice fish.
[ smiles. ] Human me it is. [ circles an arm around zhongli's waist and leads him over to the sunk in circular couch decked out in pillows and blankets. ] Have a seat, Xiansheng, and I'll get the fire going. [ aka he'll turn it on. ] Want a cup of hot chocolate too? [ he plans on making one for himself, since sitting at a fire with a warm drink in hand has always been a nice memory of his. of course he'd normally been surrounded by his siblings or... subordinates... but still. ]

I have not been to Snezhnaya in some time, so I do not know if flowers like these still grow there.
But there was a time where such flowers could exist in the brisk cold of your country.
