When Tartaglia purchases a gift, it is one that has special meaning to the receiver. A way of letting them knows that he listens and understands them as well as wants to treasure the memories they have made together.

Surely there are things that you know about Tartaglia that no one else does. Or have experiences that only the two of you shared. Fold that into your gift, and he will be touched by both your acceptance of him and the strength of your bond.

If I were to think of something like that I should give him a way to fight every Harbinger for as long as he wants.
