Zhongli does not carry the responsibilities of a deity. While Liyue still has his heart of stone, he is allowed to let other things have importance.

So it is less a different ideal and more of a celebration of a task that was seen as far into its completion as could reasonably be done.

And what of Venti - what responsibilities does he have now? And in this place.
